We have always been a business which recognises our responsibility within society. Rather than measuring success purely in financial terms, our purpose is “to impact the lives of our partners, our clients and our community for the better, forever.”
Becoming a Certified B-Corporation in 2019 took this passion, built over 20 years, and hard-wired it into the very structure of our firm. As a B-Corporation (or B-Corp), we recognise that business can and should be a force for good.
In the same year we also became employee-owned, safeguarding the long-term future of the firm and our commitment to our values.
This, our first Impact Report, reflects on the journey we’ve been on, and sets out our vision. We are excited to share how we have already been able to make an impact and our plans for the future.
