Report highlights
This report showcases our continued dedication to transforming lives through financial planning. This year we’ve:
- Expanded our coaching ethos to encourage client philanthropy as a tool for positive change, and broadened client discussions to include health. We’re increasing our work with the lawyer community. Plus, we’re also preparing for the launch of the Paradigm Norton Coaching Academy.
- Evolved our investment approach with a revamp of our intentional investing portfolio, the launch of our managed portfolio service, acting on client feedback around intentional investing, and increasing industry engagement.
- Focused on partner development and employee engagement. We’ve also successfully introduced an enhanced onboarding process, with 94% of new starters saying they feel welcomed and supported from day one. We also improved scores in our leadership and strategy survey, with 98% understanding how their job contributes to achieving goals.
- Concentrated our giving through the Paradigm Norton Trust on core areas of poverty alleviation, child welfare and education in the UK and overseas. We’ve distributed £60,000 across 47 charities, alongside partner initiated fundraising initiatives, for which we matched donations.
- Embedded further sustainability initiatives across all offices, achieving reductions across all key metrics including carbon emissions, car mileage and energy usage.
- Appointed new partners to join our senior management team, including an incoming CEO. Plus, we’ve restructured to create a more defined executive committee and board; nurturing an environment geared towards driving dynamic changes.
