This organisation seeks to benefit the global community by establishing, upholding and promoting worldwide professional standards in financial planning.

As the CEO of Paradigm Norton, it’s Barry’s responsibility to ensure that the firm stays ahead of the curve, continually innovates and maintains its values-based approach to all that Paradigm Norton does. Barry is a regular speaker at financial planning conferences and events both in the UK and internationally.

Outside of work

Barry’s mantra has always been ‘work hard, play hard’. He loves ‘business building’ and growing and leading a team of amazingly talented financial planners and tax professionals. When Barry is not in one of the four offices, he can usually be found in the Lake District with his wife, three boys and dog, or, during the ski season, on the slopes in Chamonix. Barry loves business in all its guises. He spends his free time helping his three sons build their various businesses.
