Help us create experiences that bring people together

At Paradigm Norton, we believe life matters more than money.

We’re an employee-owned, B Corp Certified financial planning business, helping people use their wealth to live meaningful lives. Relationships sit at the heart of everything we do and, increasingly, events have become an important way for us to bring those relationships, conversations and communities to life.

From client events and networking lunches to thought leadership evenings and community gatherings, we’re creating more opportunities for people to connect around the things that matter.

This is where you come in! As our events programme continues to grow, we’re looking for an Events Executive to help us create exceptional experiences that strengthen relationships, build communities and support the continued growth of Paradigm Norton.

The role

As Events Executive, you’ll be responsible for planning, organising and delivering a wide range of events from concept through to completion and follow-up.

As part of our flourishing marketing team, you’ll be working closely with and collaborating with our Financial Planning and Business Services teams, and with external partners to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a positive experience for attendees.

This role combines event administration, project management, stakeholder coordination and process improvement. You’ll be someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, managing multiple priorities and making sure the details are right.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of a growing programme of client, prospect, referrer, community and internal events. Working closely with colleagues across the business and external partners, you’ll manage everything from venue sourcing, supplier relationships and budget administration through to attendee communications, event logistics and on-the-day delivery.

You’ll oversee guest lists, invitations and registrations, coordinate speakers and suppliers, prepare event materials and ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also play an important role in post-event follow-up, helping to capture meaningful data, maintain accurate records in HubSpot and evaluate the impact and outcomes of each event.

Most importantly, you’ll help create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, foster community and support the continued growth of Paradigm Norton.

What we’re looking for

We’re more interested in finding someone who is highly organised, proactive and aligned with our values than someone who ticks every box.

You’ll have experience coordinating events, conferences, hospitality, client events or professional networking activities, and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll enjoy bringing structure to complex pieces of work while keeping a clear focus on the overall objective.

You’ll be a confident relationship-builder, comfortable working with colleagues, suppliers and senior stakeholders, and skilled at bringing people together to achieve a common goal. You’ll have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a calm, professional approach when priorities shift or challenges arise.

Experience using event management, CRM or marketing systems would be beneficial, as would familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or Ticket Tailor. Experience gained within a professional services environment would also be an advantage, although neither is essential.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is excited by the opportunity to help build stronger connections between our clients, professional connections and wider community.

Why join us?

At Paradigm Norton, you’ll be part of an employee-owned, B Corp Certified business that believes life matters more than money. You’ll join a supportive, values-led team where your ideas are welcomed, your contribution is recognised, and your work has a genuine impact on our clients, colleagues and wider community.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow an events programme that sits at the heart of our relationship-led approach to business development, client engagement and community-building. You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, helping us bring our purpose, values and communities to life through meaningful experiences.

Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and identities and believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our organisation and the service we provide to clients.

We are committed to equitable employment practices and will make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to ensure all candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, experience and potential.

If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can support you.
