Over the years, we’ve grown to more than 90 people across three offices, each site united by a commitment to measure success by more than profit alone.
We have been proudly employee-owned since 2019, and as a Certified B Corporation, we hold ourselves accountable across governance, the way we look after our people, our environmental impact, and how we give back to the places we live in.
One clear expression of this is the Paradigm Norton Trust. Since 2007, we’ve given more than £600,000 to nearly 300 charities, including small local organisations and international causes where every donation has extra impact.
It’s part of how we live our values: combining financial expertise with genuine care.
