William Pratt

William is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner, and one of Paradigm Norton’s founding Directors.

With a passion for delivering client service of the highest technical and professional quality, William looks after a number of Paradigm’s largest and most complex clients and runs one of the largest teams in the firm.

For the first 24 years of Paradigm Norton, he juggled this with his role as a board director focussed on all matters financial and legal, heading the firm’s finance function and leading on several of the mergers and acquisitions Paradigm has undertaken.

From 2025, he stepped down from the Board to focus on what he loves most: working with clients; helping them make sense of financial complexity; encouraging them to pursue and achieve the things that matter to them; challenging them to make financial decisions with the long term in mind; and enabling them to enjoy financial peace of mind.

Outside of work

Outside work, William is a keen sportsman and family man, as well as a budding wine collector. With past achievements including playing county-level badminton, gaining a black belt in Karate, and completing several half marathons, William is now a member of a CrossFit gym and captains his Sunday cricket team.
