Steve’s focus is on our sustainability and impact as a business. As a BCorp, Paradigm Norton has committed to pursuing the highest standards in how we operate and provide our services.
Steve helps to lead our thinking on how we could ‘do business better’ and how to put this into practice in our operations. He is responsible for reporting on our impact and maintaining our status as a BCorp.
Steve brings experience from working with a range of values-led organisations, including charities, social enterprises and businesses.
Outside of work
Family, friends and the local community are a big part of Steve’s life. He often takes on voluntary roles with charities. When time allows, he also enjoys cycling, hiking, playing music and baking bread.
