Non-Executive Director
Philippa has spent the best part of 20 years working as a lawyer in the financial sector. She is passionate about high standards of care and service. To this end Philippa has regularly spoken at industry events and written for financial journals. She is also a qualified (but non-practicing) financial adviser.
At Paradigm Norton Philippa is a Non-Executive Director and sits on our board bringing with her a broad financial services experience and many years sitting on the board of Clarke Willmott Solicitors where she managed a division of 100 lawyers.
Outside of work
Philippa loves spending time with her three daughters and when she’s not with them there is little she enjoys more than cycling and running. She has completed two iron distance triathlons and many running events. She loves a finish line and a medal!
