Mia joined Paradigm Norton in 2019 through the graduate scheme, after completing a degree in Economics at the University of Bristol. Mia manages her own client relationships and plays a central role in helping individuals and families plan for their future with clarity and confidence. She takes the time to truly get to know her clients and understand their priorities. By applying her expertise in cashflow planning, she builds strong, tailored financial strategies that give clients peace of mind about achieving their goals.
A natural people person, Mia believes the foundation of great financial planning is a strong, trusting relationship. She brings empathy, curiosity and genuine care to every conversation, helping clients feel supported and understood at every stage of their journey.
Outside of work
Mia lives in a costal town in Somerset, and enjoy walks in the countryside and on the beach. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and walking her two cocker spaniels.
