Head of People
Judith joined PN in January 2020 to lead our People team.
Judith has always been passionate about creating a great employee experience wherever she has worked and that’s no different at PN. Our People strategy aims to ensure that our people have a working environment where they can thrive, develop and do amazing work.
Judith has over 15 years experience working in senior HR roles supporting management and boards navigate operational and strategic people matters.
Outside of work
With her husband, 2 kids and their camper van, Judith loves visiting different parts of the UK – they’re always packed and ready to go!
Judith also dedicates time to supporting her children’s school – Chairing the voluntary management committee which runs the After-School Club and being a happy helper on the PTA, with a specialty in setting up Santa’s Grotto at the Christmas Fayre.
