Compliance Officer
Georgie joined Paradigm Norton in May 2022 having previously worked in Local Government facilitating Elections and assisting with the running of the Democratic Process.
Georgie graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2018 in Criminology BSc.
Georgie’s current role uses skills developed in her previous roles and degree to assist Partners by providing specialist information about Compliance. As part of the Compliance Team, Georgie will be involved in and lead various Compliance projects throughout the business.
Georgie particularly thrives with project work with fine detail. She enjoys the process of project work and always ensures that any project is carried out until its conclusion.
Outside of work
Georgie enjoys all things travel, from longer trips away to the odd UK staycation and camping. In her downtime, Georgie loves gaming and is always looking forward to the next new release to test out. Georgie obtained her black belt in Goju Ryu Karate in 2011.
