Regional Director
David specialises in working with law firm partners to build long-term financial planning strategies centred around a lifetime cashflow plan. A decade into working with law firm partners, David has built a deep understanding of the associated work life, long hours, and earnings trajectory that come with the career. He is passionate about ensuring the resulting earnings enable clients and their families to live the lives they desire – enjoying rewards equal to the challenges of the career. This is often applicable to working professionals more broadly too!
As a Regional Director, David leads Paradigm Norton’s south-west team. David mentors and supports fellow advisers to deliver the highest standards of client service across the southwest and beyond.
David has chaired the firm’s Investment Committee for the last four years – guiding the development of the investment strategies that support clients’ long-term plans, including our approaches to investing with people and planet in mind. This helps David in his work with some of the firms largest family office clients, managing investments across multiple generations with different strategies and approaches.
Outside of work
David enjoys the gym and a good weightlifting session, and has recently taken up padel! David enjoys challenging his mind, so appreciates a good book – although he admits his pile of books to read is growing faster than he can read them! David has a passion for travel too, being lucky enough to have visited many countries around the world.
