Director of People
Judith joined PN in January 2020 to lead our People team but never thought her first 9 months in her new role would be combined with homeschooling her two children!
Judith has always been passionate about creating a great employee experience wherever she has worked, and that’s no different at PN. Our People strategy aims to ensure that our people have a working environment where they can thrive, develop and do amazing work.
Judith has over 20 years of experience working in senior HR roles, supporting management and boards navigate operational and strategic people matters.
Outside of work
Judith finally relented to her daughter’s 11-year campaign to get a dog and Twiggy the Cavapoochon joined the Thorne family in 2022. Weekends are now dog walks, searching up dog-friendly pubs and Airbnb’s for trips around the UK.
