Non-Executive Director
As a PN Non-Executive Director Caroline provides independent oversight, strategic guidance and constructive challenge to the PN Board, ensuring good governance, accountability and long-term success.
Caroline brings a wealth of global experience from a career spanning almost 40 years within the financial services sector encompassing strategic, commercial, operational, leadership, regulatory and client led roles. She is an experienced, purposeful and inclusive leader. Her last Executive role was CEO of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme where she bought a customer centric approach and develop an inclusive culture. She is now building a portfolio of Non-Executive, Board and Advisory roles.
In addition to the PN Board Caroline sits on the Member Board of Trustees for the NatWest Group Pension Fund, is a Non-Executive Director of Modulr Financial Services, a leading provider of embedded payment services and is an Independent Member of the With Profits Committee of the Life Companies of the Phoenix Group, one of the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement businesses.
Outside of work
Caroline, along with her husband Nick and two sons Ben and Alex, have a love of sports including hockey, running, golf and football and enjoy travelling, cooking, reading and going to the theatre as well as long walks with their two dogs Bobby and Alfie.
