Taking on the role of marketing manager, Sally has a great opportunity to really showcase Paradigm Norton and the profession of financial planning. By raising the profile of financial planning and the positive impact it has on client’s lives in the hope it will inspire others to seek the financial support they need.
The role is far reaching and impactful. The everyday tasks include website management and content distribution and bigger picture essentials such as marketing strategy creation, brand development, content creation and media management, PR, trade and press advertising, client segmentation and social media policy.
With over 15 years’ experience in financial services marketing for large and small institutions and professional bodies. Sally is passionate about improving engagement through smarter use of data and communication channels.
Outside of work
Sally likes to set herself goals, regularly pushing her body and mind to take on challenges that teether on the edge of her comfort zone. Her passion is hockey and climbing and to keep fit she has recently completed her first triathlon. To keep her mind active, she is learning French and hopes to soon take on the challenge of learning the piano.
